The Vision Behind the Charis Logo

The Charis Christian Coaching Group logo is more than a visual identity—it is a picture of the Christian life and the vision that guides our ministry. Every element reflects the biblical foundation of the Charis Integrative Christian Coaching Model™ and our commitment to helping followers of Christ grow into mature disciples.
At the center of the logo stands the tree, inspired by Psalm 1, representing a life that is deeply rooted in God's truth, continually nourished by His grace, and faithfully bearing fruit in every season. The tree reminds us that authentic transformation begins beneath the surface before it is ever seen in outward fruitfulness.
Behind the tree stands the cross, reminding us that Jesus Christ is the foundation of all lasting transformation. Christian coaching is not centered on self-improvement but on God's redeeming grace. Everything we do flows from the finished work of Christ and the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit in the life of the believer.
Flowing beneath the tree is the stream of living water, representing God's Word, His grace, and the sustaining presence of the Holy Spirit. Just as the tree in Psalm 1 flourishes because it is planted by streams of water, believers experience lasting growth as they remain connected to Christ through Scripture, prayer, and faithful discipleship.

The name Charis comes from the New Testament Greek word meaning grace. Grace is both the beginning and the sustaining power of the Christian life. It is God's gracious work that initiates, shapes, and completes our transformation.
